Hi Jeff,

You and Janet must have had posh loos. Ours never had a lamp in. I remember the nail on the wall but the newspaper was on the floor. Those were the days.....I'd rather forget. 8-)

I never saw White Noise, but I was curious about it.

My poem was more about how we live within the internet, creating a digital face for all the world to see. :)

Hiya Jeff, sorry i've not been in touch much recently. Been busy.
Wigan was a great night. It did kick off a bit late though and because it was a dry night, most of the younger end were in the outside area. The poetry can still be heard but it does feel as though they are not as interactive listening to others.
Hope you 've enjoyed your Manchester gigs and Hebden bridge. I am planning on attending the next Howcroft gig so hopefully i'll meet you soon.
Thankyou as always for your lovely comments.
love Janet.xx

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for reading more of my poetry and for taking the time to leave a message. It gives my confidence a real boost when I get a positive response. I do not mind criticism though.

My Dad used to play there too. It is a wonderful place. Who would believe there is so much nature so close to Manchester? This Boggart is supposed to pinch our picnics according to the legend. Great place eh? I hope it brought back fond memories.

Shirley

Hi Jeff,
I enjoyed reading your poetry. Interesting content and you have the skill for making it flow very well, in how it sounds to the ear and how you expand on your subjects. Thanks for the welcome on my page. I've realised there's quite a lot going on poetry-wise close to home and intend to get to some events soon.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your comments. You have some great poems on here. My favourite is 'I Love The Morning' because I do (love the morning, that is). Brilliant!

Hey, Jeff.

Thank you for the comment, and I love the samples of your poetry especially the Sea. The sea is a mystery unto itself, but it captures our interest with its beauty and depth.

Take care, and keep writing. :)

HI, Jeff

Thank you for the comment on my poem
'A Smile a Day'- I should have mentioned at the beginning that it was an autobiographical write. This was written for a laughter and fun. Just to smile...:)
So if I made you smile this was the point in my write.

Thanks again,
Zuzanna

Hi Jeff, thanks agai for the your kind words. I'm glad you used the word tribute because that's exactly what i wanted it to be, not just to the unborn child in my family but to anyone that has experienced it. Thanks again and keep writing bud

Thanks for reading my poem "Cream judge" - it isn't about anything just playing with words - try reading it and getting the rhythm going

Hello, Jeff

Thank you so much for the comment on the last poem. "Just Walking in the Rain"- The poem was already published in this form therefore I had to leave as is. Although seems bit to long. I have to forgive myself for that. It was a Challenge poem for the previous site.

I thought I let you know about that to make it clearer.

Kind Regards,
Zuzanna

Thanks for the comment, Jeff.. Must admit too I like your newest poem here (Your other stuff is really good stuff too) - you have a beat in your pieces that is kind of like some of my own stuff.. (although I can't rhyme to save my life - lol) that I could certainly imagine going down really well.. I'm doing this piece myself at a reading in Manchester Central Library next month which I am looking forward to getting responses to!

Hi Jeff,
I liked your poem 'The Sea'. "Creating lives and taking lives". The power of the ocean is many things to us all and it's simply put in your choice of words.
thanks for sharing.
