Hello Garry, Thank you for expressing an interest in a number of my poems. I do appreciate this. Most of my poetry is focused on my observations of life in general. The complexities of human behaviour, the world about us and who we are and why we are here. I am also affected by conflict and human suffering, hence my interest in Peace and Justice. It is the ability to express oneself which poetry enables me to do this. I am close to seventy years old and as a gay man I have had to carry this as an additional burden in life thus making me more sympathetic with other minority groups who similarly suffer discrimination. Your recent poem about being admitted into hospital had quite an effect on me as I have recently been diagnosed with angina.
Thanks again for such interest. I shall be keen to see more of your poems in the future. Thanks again. Keith
