Hanging Out in Waterstones

As we enter Waterstones, people are in their 'reading zones'.
We make our way to the teenage books, me and Kendal exchanging looks.
"This book looks good" we both exclaim. No two books are ever the same.
There we sit, under the stairs, marking our territory, like it's one of our lairs.
Books of sport, culture and cooking, but we prefer other books, we're just looking.
We like the romantic, teenage kind, something we read when we like to unwind
We spot our bezzie behind the till, "Look over there, that's Chantelle!"
Leaving the store now, we say goodbye, as we love Waterstones, we let out a sigh. KC
