Commonword is running a series of slams called 'Return of The Superheroes of Slam' which will culminate in a grand final in Manchester in October. The winner of the final will get a super cash prize and be awarded the Dike Omeje Trophy.
In partnership with Commonword, Write Out Loud is running the first three heats of the competition and this is the first second one.
It's going to be a great and exciting night - get there early to avoid disappointment.
