MLF joins forces with No Point in Not Being Friends, the popular live literature event with an enviable reputation for showcasing exciting new talent, for this festival special. Readers include Jacob Polley (selected as one of the Next Generation of British poets in 2004 and author of debut novel Talk of the Town), Adelle Stripe (poet and editor whose solo collection Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid is published by Blackheath Books) and Matthew Welton (winner of the Jerwood-Aldeburgh First Collection Prize for The Book of Matthew, he has just published his second collection with Carcanet, 'We needed coffee but...').
