Description: Three established women artists from Devon, each present a showcase of their work at this unique event.
Sonic Tales - Rachel Miller
Tales vividly brought to life through lyrical poetic narrative, mesmerising music and evocative sonic textures - unique, exciting and spellbinding.
Poems - Lucy Lepchani
Lucy writes poetry and short fiction, and performs her poetry at local and national literary festivals and venues. She also works in schools and with community groups as a visiting artist, and teaches creative writing and poetry with the Workers Education Association.
Sara Hurley is a storyteller, actor and educator and director of Blazing Tales. Sara's show is titled 'Heart of Dart' .
Interlacing traditional stories of the river with the life of the land and its people. Hear its ancient chorus, see its heart, briefly revealed, in a new show with current-day implications.
