four local poets reading each month on the last Sunday upstairs at the Maypole. Readings are recorded and can be heard on Headstand, broadcast on Cambridge's community radio station 209radio 105fm and headstand.209radio.co.uk. Check out headstand.podomatic.com for podcasts of previous poets. All proceeds go to 209radio a volunteer run station and registered charity.
Poets for January include John Lyons, Jean Rees-Lyons and John Guy.
