Word! is Leicester's longest running open-mic night.
Come along at 7.30 to sign up for a slot with the compere.

This month: Mimi Khalvati
Mimi Khalvati has published 6 collections of poetry with Carcanet, and her most recent book,The Meanest Flower,was a Poetry Book Society Recommendation, a Financial Times Book of the Year, and Shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize. Her work's been translated into nine languages and she received a Cholmondeley Award in 2006.
