A 2-DAY FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND POETRY...
THERE WILL FEATURE A SELECTION OF THE FINEST MUSIC BEING PRODUCED IN THE UK AT PRESENT, AS WELL AS A GREAT SELECTION OF NORTH WEST POETRY FROM THE REGION’S BEST POETIC TALENT.
The festival site, both stunning and beautiful, is situated 50 metres from the shore of Lake Windermere and right opposite the entrance to National Trust Woodland Fell Foot Wood. At night you can stare into the abyss of the cosmos as the stars come out in their millions whilst enjoying some of the best music being played in the UK at the moment. Not only that, but you’re gonna be smack-bang in the middle of the Lake District so during the day you can have a ramble, hire a boat and row out onto Lake Windermere, or relax at the festival site and take part in a creative writing workshop, or simply do your own thing, whatever that may be!

Food stalls and homemade brews will be available for you and gets the IAI STAMP OF APPROVAL (not quite as official as that sounds but trust us, it’s top notch!). Catering for vegetarian and vegan, the chefs really deserve a lot of credit for producing lovely, filling festival grub at a very reasonable price. There is also a breakfast bar/stall for when you wake each day!
You are most welcome to bring your own alcohol but please drink sensibly! The event should be remembered, not sketched out for you by your friends. :-)
A DISCUSSION HAS BEGUN ON THE GROUP PAGE THAT YOU CAN CHECK OUT FOR LIFTS AND CAR SHARES TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL...
It promises to be a very nice time all round so come along, do the Fell Foot Shuffle, bask in the grounds of the Pancosmodrome, absorb the creative juices and recharge your soul at the hearth of Pyromanticism...
