Open Mic and featured performers "Speakeasy promotes some of the best local and national spoken word talent in the UK. Through its two performance nights and also its link in the local community, it supports many different groups and enables poets to have a voice. "Speakeasy incorporates the best poets the local area has to offer, alongside nationally renowned spoken word artists. "For example, Scroobius Pip, Dockers Mc, Mc Angel, Francesca Beard, David J to name a few... the night is supported by Writers’ Centre Norwich, which is part of the New Writing Partnership.
Speakeasy promises unforgettable evenings in a friendly, laid back atmosphere which will engage,entertain and thrill."
