A Poetry & Story Writing Workshop
Dual-themed all day workshop based around reading and discussion of examples - will include writing exercises on both themes. Plot in Story Writing: concentrating particularly on examples in ultrta-short fiction PLUS Rhyme & Rhythm: What makes some rhyming poems work so well while others sound merely clunky? We will look at the technical demands of rhyme and how it relates to rhythm, phrasing and mood. Tea/coffee available throughout plus sandwich lunch included in the price.
