Doin’ Moon is the story of Scorcha and his journey through an emotional landscape of memories and relationships after imprisonment. Challenges and conflicts uncover a truth of heart through each passing lunar phase. LiveAMP’s production is a series of interwoven narratives between urban spoken word and classically composed music, devised in an exciting, live, non-linear performance. The musical score conveys an experience that provides an innovative symbiosis between spoken word and captivating performances on cello, cajon and live vocals.
Performers: Akiel 'Scorcha' Chinelo and Anwen Lewis
Director: Gerry Potter
