The people, the places, the psyche and the psychosis of London town – no stone is left unturned in this new show from spoken word artists Gary From Leeds and Richard Purnell.
Wide-eyed Yorkshire romantic Gary and Essex exile Richard ask whether London really is the perfect amalgam of a Richard Curtis film, a tennis championship, and an episode of Minder. Or alternatively, whether Lonely Planet has been sitting at home wallowing in the cash of gullible tourists, tapping out fantasies pillaged from Google and a limited DVD collection.
