Open Mic Event
With open mic, poetry workshop & Special Guests!
7 - 8pm: Free Poetry Workshop
September theme: 'Look around, turn it around'.
8 - 9.15pm: Prebooked open mic as usual for Spoken & Sung words.
A diverse mix of original poetry and music acts with 10 minutes each.
The audience give GEMS/votes and those who get most 'win' a 30/40 mins gig in November.
9.30pm: SPECIAL ACTS - some of which played and spoke at the very beginning!
