Write to Speak presents an afternoon of poetry at Hull Truck Theatre. As well as showcasing some of the poets who have taken part in the Larkin25 workshops, the event is open to all local poets and spoken word performers.
Taking place across two sessions - first one at 12.30pm - 2.00pm, second one at 5.00pm - 7.00pm, this event also offers an ideal opportunity for people to get involved in Write to Speak's ongoing spoken word programme.
The event will take place in the foyer at Hull Truck Theatre, and is free to attend.
Anyone wishing to take part can either get in touch beforehand, or simply turn up on the day with their material. This event will be hosted by Julie Corbett, a member of the Write to Speak workshop group and Subtle Flame, a Beverley based poetry group.
