Cardiff Design Festival will this year hold a poetry slam as part of its schedule of events.
The slam is the first slam of its kind and a unique opportunity for poets to showcase their skills. The first round of poems will be on a design-theme topic, with the final two rounds 'open' ? almost anything (poetic) goes.
Lyrical Design promises an eclectic pairing of subject and style, as well as a turn from multi-slam winning student and Jack Dean, Bard of Bath. Young, multi-slam winning poet and Bath University student with two Converse-laced feet firmly on the ground.
