Saturday November the 20th sees the return of A Poem & a Pint to Lanternhouse in Ulverston, with rising star Amanda Dalton as Guest Poet, and music from Paddy Rogan and Hannah Flynn, as well as the usual array of poetic talent from the floor.
There is no bar at Lanternhouse, so the audience is encouraged to bring their own refreshments. There will, however, be an excellent new MC in the fine form of Kim Moore, no mean poet in her own right.
This promises to be an exciting evening of superb poetry and harmonious songs, and like sunshine in November, a late autumn treat.
