Adam Horovitz is a widely published poet, journalist and editor and the son of Michael Horovitz (who read in Gatehouse at THEWORD 2007) and the late lamented Frances Horovitz.
Adam has read his work at venues and leading festivals across the UK, including the Cheltenham Literature Festival and Glastonbury where he was poet in residence for The Glastonbury Festival website in 2009. He also featured in the inaugural Days of Poetry and Wine Festival in Slovenia in 1996.
He has published two critically acclaimed pamphlets Next Year in Jerusalem (2004) and The Great Unlearning( 2009). His first eagerly awaited full collection of poems, Turning, will be published by Headland in 2011.
