Hello all,

OpenMind will be presenting a Christmas special (it's also OpenMind co-founder Jamal's birthday, buy him CAKE!) with the brilliant Jackie Hagan sharing a new comedy piece with a Q+A after.

Angela Smith will be sharing some of her wise and powerful poetry in her first guest set at OpenMind.

Also you won't want to miss the return to Manchester by the lovely and incredibly talented Anna McCrory who'll be having her first Manchester guest set since she left for Oxford (lucky Oxford).

188 will be making their OpenMind debut with some great musical entertainment.

Indigo will be making his OpenMind comedy debut. After years of acting and poetry, he'll be trying his hand at a new art form following his Beat The Frog debut that same week.

There'll be a Christmas Raffle and as usual the OpenSpace performance slots in the second half.

For those who are interested in a Christmas Vegan feast, get yourselves down to Earth early for some lovely healthy and tasty food!

Via bus:

The easiest ways to find it are either walk via Oldham Street behind Piccadilly Gardens and follow the signs to the Buddhist Centre, or to turn onto Turner Street by turning left at the road behind English Lounge if coming from Shudehill Bus Station.
