Poeticat Presents... a different night of music and poetry
This is the first of what we hope will be a series of nights of poetry and music at the White Lion over the next year. We've put together a line-up of some of the best acts we've seen over the past six months to try and get things started with a bang.
The line-up includes:
Sophie Tailby - singer/song-writer with a touch of jazz about her
Indigo Williams - performance poet who has enjoyed a meteoric rise in 2010
Musa Okwonga - poet, football writer and musician (www.myspace.com/ofmooseandmen)
PoetiCat - music, poetry and a small dose of madness (www.myspace.com/poeticat)
+ special headline act to be confirmed!
