Womanswrite have been talking for many years about publishing a group anthology - and now, here it is at last!! Very much worth the wait!! Seven of the authors will attend the launch to read from their stories and talk about the anthology and the group.
We also welcome two very special supporters of Womanswrite as our guests at the launch -
CATHY BOLTON - poet & short story writer, founder member of the A6 Poets, author of the Ictus-prize winning poetry collection "A Fool's Height Short of Heaven" (Mews Press), co-editor of the short story collection"City Secrets" (Crocus). Cathy is Director of the Manchester Literature Festival.
CATH STAINCLIFFE - acclaimed crime writer & creator of the popular Sal Kilkenny mysteries - titles from this series have been short-listed for the Crime Writers Awards best first novel & serialised on BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour. Cath is also creator & scriptwriter of Granada Television’s hit police series, "Blue Murder" starring Caroline Quentin.
Please come & join us for a drink and a delightful evening!
