Whipple Museum (Cambridge) Writer-in-Residence Kelley Swain runs workshops and events encouraging visitors to write poems inspired by objects in the Museum Collection. She was delighted to meet Lesley Saunders, whose latest poems have been inspired by scientific objects, many of them to be found in the Whipple.
Kelley and Lesley will each read from their poetry and discuss the inspirations for science in their writing. The reading will be held in the newly refurbished Whipple Main Gallery on Tuesday 26th July at 15:00. This event is free, but please book ahead by contacting the Museum.
