Opening: Michael Horovitz at 11am
Book Now is an umbrella title for, to begin with, a one-day book fair in London in September that will bring together around a dozen independent poetry presses to display their work, to meet one another and the general public, and to sell books.
To date, the publishers who have expressed interest in this event include Arc, Donut, Egg Box, Enitharmon, flipped eye, Penned in the Margins, Rack, Salt, Shearsman, Smith/Doorstop, Waywiser. This page will be updated as planning develops. Book Now – like many of the presses themselves – receives no external funding.
Time: 10:00am

Heartening to read. I was there with WOL Gig Guide editor David Andrew. Good vibes. The market area and readings room were both packed.
