Poejazzi, hailed by the Southbank Centre as “London’s premier poetry and music night”, celebrates its 5th anniversary with a brilliant array of talent.
There will be music from Cornelia, the Swedish singer-songwriter whose beautiful blend of folk and electronica has been praised by Flying Lotus and Jose Gonzalez; and from Rosie Sleightholme, lauded by the Guardian, who follows in the footsteps of Martha Wainwright.
There’ll also be a performance from Mista Gee, the accomplished host of BBC Radio 4′s Bespoken Word. Rounding off the spoken word duties in style will be Nikesh Shukla, whose novel Coconut Unlimited was nominated for the Costa First Novel Award and has just penned his first Sitcom for E4.
