Breaking In: A Beginners' Guide to Working in Prisons
This practical and informative workshop will equip you with a robust understanding of what it is like to work in a prison environment. Segun Lee-French will take you through the very particular requirements and unique challenges of this setting and cover topics including security procedures, the prison regime, working with prisoner workshop groups, lots of useful dos and don'ts and much, much more!
This masterclass session is for poets new to working in prisons, or those with some experience who would like a 'refresher'.
