A poetry writing workshop. We will be exploring scents and smells in a workshop called “Follow your nose”. Of all the senses our sense of smell is one that will often bring back to us our most vivid memories. Yet there are few words in our English language that describe smell. So how can a poet depict smell in a poem? Come and join us in exploring ways to make the sense of smell come alive in words, using actual smells (in bottles!) as triggers.
