Next Generation Poetry Slam: Bristol vs Apples and Snakes
Performance poetry is thriving across the UK and Bristol claims to have some of the most exciting and talented young performance poets with many regular events across the city offering the opportunity for young poets to develop and hone their skills.
Bristol Poetry festival have challenged Apples and Snakes to put up a team of regional young poets to test the Bristol boast in the cauldron of a slam. Five worthy regional championss have been found and they carry the expectations of Apples and Snakes on their shoulders as they battle it out in the Arnofini for poetry supremacy.
