D.M. Black, a Scottish poet who published four collections of poetry in the 1960s and '70s, was included in the first Penguin Modern Poets series (1968).

Murray Bodo, a Franciscan priest in Cincinnati, Ohio, has taught English & American Literature for 36 years in U.S. colleges and universities. His 27 books include the best-selling 'Francis, the Journey and the Dream'. He is poetry editor of The Journal of Franciscan Colleges and Universities. His latest poetry collections are 'Wounded Angels 'and 'Something Like Jasmine' (Tau Publications 2012).

Sheila Hillier won the Hamish Canham Prize in 2009 and was commended in both the Mslexia and the National Poetry Competitions in 2006. Her poems have appeared in many magazines and anthologies and her first collection, 'A Quechua Confession Manual' (Cinnamon Press 2010), was shortlisted for the Aldeburgh Jerwood First Collection prize. She is an international health specialist and Professor Emeritus at Bart?s & The London School of Medicine. She is a member of Lapidus which supports the therapeutic uses of poetry in health care settings.
