Aurélia Lassaque is a French-Occitan poet currently on tour in England and we have the great pleasure of announcing that Stirred is organising her a reading event in Manchester on the 11th of December. She will be supported by sets from local poets.
You will hear her perform a headline slot in her own Occitan and in English translation. Occitan is one of France's historical languages, this is a rare opportunity to hear a widely translated and prize winning poet.
Two local guest poets to be announced.
