James Byrne and Sandeep Parmar
James Byrne’s most recent poetry collection Blood/Sugar, was published by Arc in 2009. In 2012 he co-edited Bones Will Crow, the first anthology of Burmese poetry to be published in the West. He is the editor and co-founder of The Wolf, an internationally-renowned poetry magazine. He lectures on English Literature and Creative Writing and is Poet in Residence at Clare Hall, University of
Cambridge. His poems have been translated into several languages including Arabic and Burmese.
Sandeep Parmar lectures in 20th century literature at the University of Liverpool. Her debut poetry collection, The Marble Orchard (Shearsman), was published in 2012. She edited Hope Mirrlees' Collected Poems for Carcanet Press.
