Guilty pleasure poetry in the middle of a summer week-end, featuring James Brookes / Amy Key / Charlotte Newman / Claire Trévien / Tori Truslow / James Webster.
James Brookes: winner of an Eric Gregory award, author of the 'Sins of the Leopard' (Salt Publishing) which was shortlisted in the Michael Murphy Memorial Prize.
Amy Key: one third of The Shuffle night at the Poetry Café, editor of ‘Poems in Which’, and author of upcoming collection ‘Luxe’ (Salt Publishing).
Charlotte Newman: author of Selected Poems (Annexe) and winner of Best Poetry Pamphlet at the Saboteur Awards 2013.
Claire Trévien: author of The Shipwrecked House (Penned in the Margins), which is longlisted for the Guardian First Book Award, co-editor of Sabotage Reviews, Verse Kraken, and co-organizer of Penning Perfumes.
Tori Truslow: sci-fi writer and co-editor of Verse Kraken, specially commended in the 2012 James White Award, currently running the queer track at new convention Nine Worlds.
James Webster: performance poetry editor at Sabotage Reviews. His first solo show '50 shades of Webster' debuted at the Cheltenham Poetry Festival.
