Women on the Verge (Ann Foxglove, Sue Farmer and Nicci Reid) will be performing Sue's songs in this folk opera about St Ives artist and mariner Alfred Wallis. Poems by Paul Farmer will also give a moving glimpse into the tragic life of this wonderful natural artist, who was also a haunted man. The songs are passionate and there are insights from artists of the time and local people who knew Wallis. The show runs for approx half an hour and will be repeated at 3.30pm. The venue is Harrys Court, Back Road West, St Ives - close to where Alfred Wallis once lived. If it rains the event will be relocated to the Salthouse Gallery, Norway Square.
