Aktanin Kheir Tanin reads and sings from the 200 year old songs of Lalon Shah - a Bengali Baul saint, poet-mystic, songwriter, and social reformer whose poetry and songs were the inspiration for Baul music as well as Tagore, Nazrul, and Allen Ginsberg. Paul Cheneour on flutes and tabla player Dilly Meah perform from their CDs 'Flames of Love', and 'Heart of Gold'.
