Spoken word whipped up at our kitchen table!
Every month, Apples and Snakes commissions a poet to create an hour of digital radio on the theme of spoken word. We have improvised poetry-music sessions recorded live in midnight bars, young poets' found sounds mixed by Field Music, a poet's guide to anger management...
First broadcast is always first Thursday of the month, and is repeated weekly throughout the month.
