Celebrating the launch of Inc. Magazine's sixth issue, the team host a night of spoken word, live illustration and interactive poetry games with a line up including Salena Godden ("Everything the Daily Mail is terrified of" - Kerrang! Magazine), Sam Berkson (Hammer & Tongue) and Emma Jones (Bang Said the Gun).
Grab your free copy of the beautifully printed, limited edition magazine, that merges the work of acclaimed poets with top illustrators, and then watch it come to life in their Time Out recommended show that promises high calibre frivolity, low-brow puns and party hooters. “It’s all a bit Greenwich Village circa 1964″ says the Guardian - we say there ain't no party like an Inc. Magazine party.
Full line up:
Salena Godden
An extremely cool, hilariously witty and very powerful performer whose stories and poems have appeared in publications such as Dazed and Confused and the Salzburg Review. Salena Godden has collaborated with the likes of Coldcut, Alabama 3 and Simple Kid and is a regular guest and presenter on BBC Radio 4. In the words of Kerrang! magazine, she's: "everything the Daily Mail is terrified of".

Fast, spirited and downright hilarious, Brixton school teacher Emma Jones turns rants into rhymes with her acerbic take downs of Michael Gove and painfully accurate dramatisations of classroom backchat that has audiences in tears of laughter.

DJ Vinyl Matt of Soundway Records will be keeping things afro-funky whenever you're not listening to amazing poetry. Believe.
