Heart of Industry: a Valentine's night at the Black Country's newest live literature venue, The Works' Canteen, featuring passionate and rhythmic poetry from Roy Mcfarlane, giving a sneak preview of his commissioned poem for Love in Leamington; stories with a cutting edge from Wayne Dean-Richards as he reads from his new collection Cuts; and music from Campbell and Jan Perry as Threezacrowd. The evening is hosted by the museum's poet-in-residence and Radio Wildfire presenter, Dave Reeves, helping to put the cant into the canteen. Please arrive early to book an open mic spot.
