On Feb 12th it is 'Utter!' Spoken Word events founder Richard Tyrone Jones's birthday. On Feb 27th he goes under the knife with his dicky ticker. This year it's also 'Utter!'s 10th birthday and at this event we reveal whether we've got Arts Council funding for it or not! Either way, come help us celebrate this true Birth/Deathday event!

Luton, Jazzman John Clarke and anyone else I've forgotten. Richard Tyrone Jones "fascinating, sobering, hilarious" (New Scientist) will NOT be lying in a coffin for three hours this time, but doing stuff from new show 'Crap Time Lord'. PLUS the return of the PAID GIG CONTEST - send footage / a sample of work to enter. 5 mins each, audience votes the winner, who gets a paid gig next time: Kitty Richardson, Leanne Moden, Bens Mills & Burling.
ENTRY with a raffle ticket - £1 for one, £2 for a strip of 5. All proceeds to the Artists', Publicans' & Brewers' benevolent fund / #utter10 birthday celebrations.
RAFFLE PRIZES: Signed books by 'Utter!' artists, a model of a kiwi fruit answering the phone, lots of other cheap crap, I mean this is a fundraiser after all.
TRAVEL NEWS: The Jubilee line will be OUT - it's right near New Cross station so best use the Overground, no works mentioned on the tfl website.
