Leeds Trinity Writers' Festival 2014

Note: free for alumni and current Leeds Trinity students.
A key date on the Leeds Trinity calendar, the festival lets students, staff and local community members come together to work with professional writers.
Experienced writers that include Bob Beagrie, Pat Borthwick, Debjani Chatterjee, Julia Deakin, Miles Salter, Paul Sutherland and Alison Taft will be running a variety of workshops that will give your imagination a work out in poetry, building plots and characters, short stories.
Each workshop will run for 2 hours, running once in the morning (from 10.40am) and once in the afternoon (from 2pm). Lunch can be purchased from the University dining room or Atrium Café, or you may bring your own lunch. There will also be a programme of lunchtime readings from the University's Writing Aloud project. The day will close with readings from our feature writers and will finish at 5pm.
