Features this month:

Stephanie Ye is the author of The Billion Shop (2012), and her work has appeared in a broad range of international journals and anthologies. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia on a Singapore National Arts Council scholarship.

Sharlene Teo is a rising star of the Singapore literature scene, whose work has been widely anthologised. She is a winner of the 2005 SPH-NAC Golden Point Award, the current David T.K.Wong Fellow, and the 2012 recipient of the Booker Foundation Scholarship.

And Special Guest – Patricia Foster is an educator, coach, broadcaster and Malika’s Poetry Kitchen member, whose work has been published internationally. She has read her work in Oslo, New York, and Jamaica and toured The UK, The Netherlands, Antwerp and Chicago.

This is always a great evening.
Agnes seems to find a wide range of talent, of invariably good standard international and British writers. Her manner is bright and welcoming and the floor poets are definitely made to feel at home
