Bloodaxe poet Helen Ivory is Editor for the Poetry Archive and webzine Ink Sweat and Tears. Recipient of an Eric Gregory Award and former free-range hen farmer, Helen’s fourth collection, Waiting for Bluebeard was released in 2013. She runs Café Writers with a pleasant 56 year old gentleman.
Martin Figura was recently described as a pleasant 56 year old gentleman (hospital letter, bad back). He was shortlisted for Ted Hughes Prize for his book and show Whistle, which also won the 2013 Saboteur Prize for best Spoken Word show.
