Are You as Single as That Cream? Well? ARE you? Award-winning poet, comedian, and actress Amy McAllister presents this night of silliness for singletons, curious couples, and comedy-lovers everywhere. Come as single, double, or whipped cream (if your partner is a tad controlling). With Horoscope-Misreadings from Mystic Greg, a.k.a James Sobol Kelly, Live Music from the likes of We Are Goose and Karen Grace, Love Terrorism from Amy Acre, Kissing Booths and High-Speed-Dating, it's guaranteed to be the best night of your little life. There'll be games and prizes galore- including M&S ready meals- and you might just bag yourself a hottie in time for Christmas!

About the Organiser:
Amy McAllister hails from the Wild West of Dublin. She has appeared on Channel 4, BBC, ITV, and PBS, as well as in the Oscar-nominated movie Philomena. Amy is the current UK Poetry Anti-slam Champion and a member of the Hammer & Tongue UK Slam Final’s winning team, and she holds the Farrago Zoo Award for Best Feature Debut as well as the prestigious Irish Lucky Duck Comedy Award. She has been poet-in-residence for Transport for London and at Bang Said the Gun and has performed alongside John Cooper Clarke, Phill Jupitus, John Hegley, Inua Ellams, Howard Marks, Roger McGough, and T.S. Eliot prize-winner George Szirtes at venues such as Udderbelly, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Royal Festival Hall. Amy has worked as a cleaner, a waitress, a medical superhero, an ice marshal, and – most morally suspectly – as a honey trap for a chain of betting shops.
Entry to this event includes a copy of Amy's debut collection of poems and pick up lines, 'Are You as Single as That Cream?' so come and chat up a new squeeze just in time for those cold winter nights!
