Andrew Forster and Paul O'Hanrahan
Andrew Forster was awarded Scottish Arts Council writer's bursaries in 1998 and 2002. His first full-length collection, Fear of Thunder was published by Flambard in 2007 and was shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best First Collection in 2008. His second Flambard collection Territory was published in 2010 and his third collection Homecoming was published by Smith Doorstop in 2014. Since 2008 Andrew has been Literature Officer at the Wordsworth Trust.
Paul O’Hanrahan has literature degrees from Cambridge, York and Liverpool universities but has lived for most of his adult life in and around Dublin. An actor and director, he has performed his award-winning adaptations of the works of James Joyce around the world and, above all in Dublin, where he has performed at Joyce locations in the city on Bloomsday, June 16th, for the last 27 years in succession.
Paul has written poetry all his life but has recently found inspiration from Liverpool and in particular from the Liver Bards group. His own poetry is based on movement and transience, place and time.
