Contact: www.radiowildfire.com

On Tuesday 21st July 1865 Wild Bill Hickok and Davis Tutt faced off in what is generally regarded as the first Wild West shootout. The 150th anniversary of the event will see Dave Reeves, poet-in-residence at the Black Country Living Museum, celebrating the event as part of a performance at Dudley Archives.

Using a mix of props and music, Dave will revisit Humpty Dumpty, give an apocryphal explanation as to how whippet races almost featured at the Highland Games after a royal visit to the Black Country, and throw in readings from his book 'Black Country Dialectics'.
