Séamus Fox was born in Belfast, raised in Craigavon and he now lives in Colchester. He has been writing since his teens in many formats including Rap, Poetry, Spoken Word, Essays and Comedy. He says of himself:
"Although my work deals with many subjects my main focus recently is the Human Condition and how that manifests itself in all aspects of the behaviour of our species. I have gotten much more in depth in recent years and although I still occasionally write and perform light hearted pieces most of my work is about understanding Humanity and indeed, myself."
The open mic is very popular and to be sure of a place you can email or facebook message Janice Dempsey. In any case, priority will be given to readers who arrive before 8 o'clock. This will be a cracking night - see you there!
