Four highly seasoned performers offer a Christmas Cabaret overflowing with a cocktail of wit, inventiveness and intoxicating lyricism. The Bard of Windmill Hill has been poet in residence of Bristol's longest running variety show since 2008 and is the first and last poet to be crowned Bristol Storyteller of the Year. David C Johnson is an internationally acclaimed performance poet whose smooth urbane manner is juxtaposed with the shocking content of his verse. The iconoclastically inclined Mike Scott has been folk scene favourite for longer than he, or anyone else, can remember. The mysterious and amazingly inventive Mark Darkside has enjoyed strutting his flamboyant exuberance around the local music scene for many years.
