Sarah Westcott’s first poetry collection Slant Light was published by Pavilion Poetry in 2016. A poem from the book was Highly Commended in the 2017 Forward Prizes. Sarah Corbett's fourth book, a verse-novel, And She Was, was published by Pavilion Poetry in 2015. Her three previous collections are published by Seren books, Other Beasts (2008), The Witch Bag (2002), and The Red Wardrobe (1998), which was shortlisted for the Forward and T.S. Eliot prizes. A fifth collection of poems is forthcoming from Pavilion in 2018. Sarah teaches Creative Writing for Lancaster University and works widely in the community and with other writers and artists; she is currently working on a project for The Wordsworth Trust in collaboration with the landscape painter Zoe Benbow, supported by Arts Council England.
