Part of the week long Marple Book Fair, local publisher Matthew James Publishing, is hosting an open mic poetry evening.
9 poets from Stockport's Write Out Loud Group, who meet at Stockport Art Gallery once a month, have slots, providing a strong Write Out Loud presence.
The Lord Mayor of Stockport will also be in attendance and reading his own poems on the evening.
All are welcome.
Entry: Free
