then everyone
holding a book.
Drawing, and drawing out the creative, with poet John Hegley. An opportunity to make and encounter poetry of the highest quality. Create a small book of writings and drawings concerning knees, cats, shadows and doctors. There is some paper-folding and tearing and a bit of optional singing. No experience required: children, families and adults welcome.
John Hegley is widely known as one of the country’s most innovative comic poets with many best-selling volumes of poetry to his name, including I am a Poet-ato and New & Selected Potatoes.
Age 9 to 99+ years. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.
