At times lyrical, serious, whimsical, sad, intense and funny – West Kilbride’s Gerry McGrath is one of Scotland’s most original poets. Vertex provides a rare opportunity to hear Gerry read from his work and talk about the people and places that have inspired him Gerry has published two full collections of poetry and recently finished a third which he hopes will see the light of day in 2019. An hour is also a long time in poetry, so Gerry plans to reward his audience with a very short break in the middle…
