Cancelled last time due to snow, The Water-Watcher's Tale travels to Chatham, hopefully in more clement conditions.
Summoned to sentinel the shingle beach, the Water-Watcher finds mysteries of birds & people, shore & sea. There are giants & spit sprites, alchemy & ancient rites. Each ebb & flow of the tide reveals new myths of the North Kent Coast.
A poetry-telling show by Nancy Charley created with poems from Little Blue Hut (Smokestack Books, 2017) written following her residency at a beach hut on Tankerton Slopes, Whitstable.
Plus there is an open mic, so come along and enchant us all with your poems.
Entry: £5/£4 pay on door
Time: 7:30pm
